RESOLUTION NO. 2673
WHEREAS, Mr. Will D. McCreery proposes to make ap-
plication to the Wax Department for permission to construct
a Boat Landing in Biscayne Bay, off Lots 28 and 29, Block
1-A, La Gorce Golf Subdivision, within the municipal limits
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon one
drawing designated:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING IN
BISCAYNE BAY, AT MIAMI BEACH,
FLA. APPLICATION BY WILL D.
McCR.IY.RY AUG. 21st 1933 (DATE) "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Will D.
McCreery will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that
the said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all
objections to the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September, A. D.,
1933.
