RESOLUTION NO . 2676
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-172 SR-172
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of August , 1933 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Ifn72o-1 ement SR-172 , District SR-172 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as recuired by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 6th day of
September , 1533 , at the City Hall in said City at _9UX1
o 'clock A. '..7. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no oojections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami 3esch, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-172 , District SR--172 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed,
on-
firled, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City forces without contract.
