IMPROVEMENT Hp-122 B-122
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of August , 193.3, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-122 , District 11-122 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has pre-oared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
; tice by publication as required by the City Charter has

o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-122 , District 3-122 , be and the sage is hereby con-
firmed: and the City Cunnoil hereby declares
its intention
to proceed with City forces without contract.
