SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-173 DISTRICT SR-173
II BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORI _A:
That the construction of the following describedimprovement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-173 The laying underground of en 8" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.

At or near the center line of West 29th Street
from a.. point at or near the center line of N.Bay
I Roadto a point approximately Two Hundred Ninety-
Five Feet Westerly of the West Line of said. North
Bay Road.
Together with a. 6" Terra. Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the street
line of Lot 12, Block 12, Amended Plat of Sunset

Lake Subdivision.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision
is shown in Plat Book No. 8, at Page 52, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character and size of said improvement be
subsequently determined in conformity with one of
such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
I superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
and preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in al]. pr.oceedings, assessments
andbonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-173, and the property
against which assessments, therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-173,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF October A. 933.
