SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
I.-JIPROVEI NT SR-173 SR-173
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted cn the 1-th day of October , 19 33, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer liorovement SR-1-7.3 , District SR-173, and
the C°tity Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
oificetions of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
ciderxtal expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the l8th day of
October , 1933, at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o tc1•ock A. H. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
saiel improvement, and no objections having been presented
at :;he time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Cit,,y of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
sad City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-173 , District SR-173 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed& and the City Council hereby declares its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract.
