WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of October , 1933 , ordered the
Sanitary SewerLiro ovement SR-174, District SR-174, and
t-.-.1e City Engineer. under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
oificatior_s of such improvement and en estimate of the
coat thereof, ._ncluding ar. estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publicf.tion Es rec_uired by the City Charter has
been made that the City Ccvnci- would on the loth day of
October , 1933, :at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A, M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imorovemei,t , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFOR :, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami (each, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-1.74+, District SR-174, be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City forces without contract.
