RESOLUTION NO. 2696
RESCINDED BY RES.. # 2699)
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Mimi Beach, Florida, to consider the amending
and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
That Lot Eighteen (18) in Block Thirty-seven
(37) of Palm View Subdivision, in the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 29, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be
changed from what is known as "RD" Single
Family District to "RE" Multiple Family Dis-
trict.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 29th day of November, 1933, at 9:00 o'clock A.
M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
