Resolution 2697 RESOLUTION NO. 2697
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending and/La'
repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries,
as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
I. That Section 7 of saidOrdinance No. 289 as
amended, be amended by adding thereto immediate-
ly after the line, "(4) Mortuaries" , the words
"only upon approval and permit by the City
Council of Miami Beach" .
II. That Section 8 of said Ordinance No. 289 as
amended, be amended by adding thereto immediate-
ly after the line, "(14) Fish Markets" , the
words "only upon approval and permit by the City
Council of Miami Beach".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 29th day of November, 1933 , at 9:00 o'clock A.
M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
