RESOLUTION NO. 2698
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City to land-
scape and improve its parks and parkways and particularly
its ocean front property and,
WHEREAS, a strip of ocean front property owned by the
City extending from 24th to 29th Streets is in a most neglected
and disgraceful condition and is therefore detrimental to the
interests of property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Park Department be
and it is hereby instructed to improve said property in ac-
cordance with plans heretofore prepared and there is hereby
appropriated from Park Improvement and Maintenance Funds a
sum of 82,200.00 to defray the cost of said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, A. D.,
1933.
