RESOLUTION NO . 2701
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-175 BR-175
WHEPEAS, on the 6th day of November , 1533 , the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-175 , District SR-175 , and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications ,of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereo , including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate (1._1_.r
f cost and. esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been fi'Led by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RF-OLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall_ cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire ,Ststion, in the City of kismi teach, a. notice
stating that at a. meeting of the CityCouncil of Miami
Beach on the 6th day of December , 1933 , a.t 9 :00
o 'clock A. E. , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution ordering said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Notaember
A. D. 1933.
