RESOLUTION NO, 2702
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
that the nayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to
make application to the Civil Works Administration of the StFte of
Florida for the grading, placing soil, grassing and otherwise beauti—
'
fyire- the parkways on all streets and avenues lying South of Collins
Canal. The City of Miami Beach will furnish tree trucks, bear the
expense of foremen and furnish engineering and supervision services.
Any liability which may arise by reason of damage to perrons or pro—
perty in the prosecution of this work will be the liability of the
City of Miami Beach.
