Resolution 2704 RESOLUTION NO. 2704
Sr IT RESOLVED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to
make application to the Civil Worke Administration of the State of
Florida. for the construction of reinforced concrete box culvert storm
seer on 14th Street from Biscayne Bay to Pennnylvania Avenue and
on Pennsylvania Avenue from 14th Street to 15th Street. The City
of ilii Beach will furnish all machinery and bear the e7pense of
foremen and f#rnish all engineering and gupervirion services. Any
liability which may arise by reason of damage to persons or property
in the prosecution of the work will be the liability of the City of
Miami Peach.

OF MIAMI BEACH, COUNTY OF DADE, STATE OF FLORIDA, this 27th day
