BE IT RE!'4LITED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to
make ap,,Aication to theCivil ',forks Administration of the State of
Florida for the construction of miscellaneous recreational imrovements
in Nlamingo rark. The City of Miami Beach will furnieh a concrete
miyerand such foremen end engineering services as are necessary.
Any nobility which may arise by reason of damage to persons
or property in the prosecution of this work will be the liability
of the City of Miami Beach,
