Resolution 2710 RESOLUTION NO. 2710
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has deposited with
the Miami Beach First National Bank the sum of $33,750.00
. for the purpose of paying all City of Miami Beach bond
interest coupons due January 1st, 193 +,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Miami Beach
First National Bank be and they are hereby requested to
forward $33,750.00 to the Chemical Bank and Trust Company,
New York City, depositing same in their own name, at the
same time authorizing the Interest Coupon Paying Division
of said Chemical Bank and Trust Company to charge said
account as funds are needed by them to pay any or all City
of Miami Beach interest coupons due January let, 193 +, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Miami Beach
will save harmless the said Miami Beach First National Bank
against any possible loss of the amount herein authorized
or any portion thereof for any reason occasioned by this
transaction.
