RESOLUTION NO. 2714
WHEREAS, Lot 8, Block 50A, Lincoln Subdivision,
has been sold at Master's Sale, thus realizing $238.52
to be applied against City of Miami Beach liens and 1931
Lien Certificate No. 120 of record against said lot,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk
be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to surrender
and order cancelled, said 1931 Lien Sale Certificate No.
120 and to charge off the remainder of same and all
special improvement assessments or liens levied to date
against said Lot 8, Block 50A, Lincoln Subdivision, after
crediting same with $238.52, the amount realized from said
Master's Sale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, A. D. ,
1933.
