A RESOLUTION DECLARING OPERATIVE
THE PLAN FOR THE REFUNDING OF
$2,711,000.00 CITY OF dIAMI BEACH
BONDS PURSUANT TO THF; PROVISIONS
OF RESOLUTIONS NOS. 2607 AND 2641,
PASSED AND ADOPTED APaIL 27th,
1933, AND JUNE 9th, 1933, RESPEC-
TIVELY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA) that the Refunding Plan, as authorized by Resolution
No. 2607 and amended by Resolution No. 2641, passed and adopted
on April 27th, 1933, and June 9th, 1933, respectively, be and
the same is hereby declared operative and The First National
Bank of Miami is hereby authorized and instructed, as depositary
for the exchange of bonds, to proceed at once to deliver said
refunding bonds from time to time in exchange for and upon
surrender to them of a like amount of the appropriate bonds to
be refunded, together with Certificate of Deposit representing
same, all in accordance with the plan set forth in said Resolu-
tions Nos. 2607 and 261.1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said The First National
Bank of Miami is also hereby requested and instructed to for-
ward with each group of Refunding Bonds thus exchanged, checks
of the City of Miami Beach covering adjustment of interest
on bonds surrendered and exchanged, said checks to be provided
by the City Clerk as and when each exchange is made.
