Resolution 2725 RESOLUTION NO. 2725
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Or-
dinance No. 259, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Lots 10to 16, inclusive, Block 107, Lots
9 to 16, inclusive, Block 108, Lots 13 to 19,
inclusive, Block 109, all in Ocean Beach Addi-
tion No. 3 in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 81, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
That Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 81 and Lots
1 to 7, inclusive, Block 82, Third Commercial
Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 160, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
That Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 78A, Commer-
cial Subdivision in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 5,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from "BB"Business District to "RD"
Single-Family District.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that apublic hearing
be called for the 7th day of February, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A.
M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 259.
