RESOLUTION SHOWING THE NECESSITY FOR FAL FUNDS FOR CIVIL
WORK' PROJECTS
BE IT RrSOLVED,BY the City Council of OM. City of
Miami Beach, Countyof Dade, State of Florida , that the Civil
Works Administration, by its proposal for a work project for
partial completion of Collins Memorial Library bested in
Collins Park, together with landscaping of grounds, which is
a public project for the benefit of the g,eneral public , and not
for the benefit of any private interest, and the title to the
property upon which the work is to be performed is vested in the
City of Miami Beac4f, tri:11/11141, State of Florida.
The project embraces work that needs to be done for the general
good of the community, that thre are no appropriated public
funds available, nor any other way in which local public funds
may blovellable with which to do this work, and that unless
Federal Funds are used for this purpose, the said work cannot be
done at this time, nor at any time within the neer future; that
any material over and above 30% of the total cost of Project will
