Resolution 2735-A RESOLUTION NO. 2735A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to—wit:
Lots 10 to 16, inclusive, Block 107, Lots
9 to 16, inclusive, Block 10E, all in Ocean
Beach Addition No. 3 in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book
2, at Page 81, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 81 and Lots 1
to 7, inclusive, Block 82, Third Commercial
Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page
160, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
so as to change its present area regulation from District
#19 to District #13, as said Districts are described in Section
16 in said Ordinance No. 289.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 28th day of February, 193 +, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
