RESOLUTION NO . 2739
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-168 DISTRICT SR-168
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-168 ,
District SR-16$ has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
ui the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9m:00 o 'clock A. M. on February
21st , A. D. 1934 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February
