A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-172 DISTRICT SR_172
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-172,
District SR-17? has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause -notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9`:00 o 'clock A. M. on February
21st , A. D. 19 34 at the City Hall , at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
