TIOIN?S TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.

IMPROVEMENT SR-176 DISTRICT SR-176
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-176,
District SR,-176, has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and .
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLvED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. on March 7th,
, A. D. 1934, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interestod in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February
