RESOLUTION NO . 2787
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-122 DISTRICT H-122
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-122 ,
District H-122 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9 :00 o 'clock A. M. on March
7th , A. D. 1934, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in Or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof 'by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lstday of February,
A. D. 1934.
