RESOLUTION NO. 2791
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the
amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or
repe.ling of the regulations, restrictions and/or boun-
daries, as provided in Ordinance No. 259, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as here-
inafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, Block 1 and Lots
7, 5, 9, 10 and 11, Block 3, all in Ocean
Front Property of the Miami Beach Improve-
ment Company, in the City of Miami Beach,
as same is recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages
7 and 5, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regu-
lation "BB" Business District to what is known as "BA"
Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that1aa3public hear-
ing be called for the 21st day of March, 44, at 9:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as is pro-
vided by said Ordinance No. 259.
