RESOLUTION NO. 2792
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the
amending and/or repealing of the regulations, restric-
tions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No.
2$9, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Section 8 of said Ordinance No.
289, be amended by adding thereto
after the line "(9) Gasoline or oil
filling stations" , the words "only
upon approval and permit by the City
Council of Miami Beach" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hear-
ing be called for the 21st day of March, 1934, at 9:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHat RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as is pro-
vided by said Ordinance No. 289.
