Resolution 2792-A RESOLUTION NO. 2792A.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations ,
restrictions and/or boundaries , as provided in Ordinance No. 289 ,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
Lots 29 and 30 , Block 3 of Hibiscus
Island in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 8
at Page 75, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"RD" Single Family District to "RE" Multiple Family District.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 28th day of March, 1934, at 9 :00 o'clock A.M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, A.D. , 1934.
