SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-176 DISTRICT SR-176
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held al 9:00 o 'clock A. M. , march
7th , A. D. 1934 it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March
A. D. 1934.
