WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of February , 1934 ordered the
Sanitary Sewer I':io-ovement SR-1791 District SM-179 , and
the City Engi_.eer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications cf such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
March , 1934, at the City Hall in said City at .9:00
o 'clock A. H. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-179 District SR-179 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed. and the Oity Oounoil hereby declares its intention
to proceed with Oity forces without contract, and an appropriation
of $274.34 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current. Fund for
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March , this purpose.
