RESOLU T I O%T ITO. 2 800
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Tax Collector be and he is hereby authorized and
instructed to receive until July 1 ,1934 offers of compromise of
improvement liens End lien sale certificates owned by the City, said
offers of compromise to be not less than sixty-five per centum of
the face value of said liens and/or lien sale certificates plus accrued
interest and/or penalties to the date of offer where said liens are
applicable to street paving, andeighty per centum of the face value of
said liens and/or lien sale certificates plus accrued interest and/or
penalties to the date of offer of compromise where the liens are
applicable to local improvements other than street paving.
BE TT FURTHM RESOLVED that the Tax Collector be and he is hereby
instructed to submit said offers of compromise to the City Council for
acceptance or rejection as soon as °ractical after said offer is made.
