RESOLUTION NUMBER 2802
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-178
IMPROVEGG.ETNT SR-178
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the conet.ruction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intentton
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-178 The laying underground of an 8" Terre Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appur.tenancee:
At or near the East curb of Bine Tree Drive from a
point at or near the center line of `test 35th Street
to a point at or near the Northerly line of Lot 2 ,
Block 4, Flamingo Terrace Subdivision, produced
Ne aterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each one hundred feet (1031 ) of adjacent property as
a part of the main improvement.
As said. Lot , Block, Subdivieion, street and. Drive are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book Number 10 ,
Page 3 of the Public Records of Dade County ,Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature,
cha.racter and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and en estimate of the cost of each , including an eetimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary end other surveys, the inspection s.nd
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary and and propertinaconin ductun
t-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-178 , and the property
against which assessments tnerefor
may'be made for the cost thereof
shall be designates as District
21st DAY OF March A.D.193,
