SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-181
IMPROVEMENT SR-181
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-181 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta. Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In and across West 63rd Street from the point which
is the intersection of a line at or near the South
Curb of West 63rd. Street and the rtzundary line
between lots 1 and 19, Block 14 , Beaoh View Addition
produced Southerly to a point which is the intersection
of saidboundary line with the Northerly line of said West
63rd Street.
In a ten foot (101 ) easement in said Block 14 from a
point which is the said intersection of the said boundary
lines of Lot 1 and. 19 with the said northerly line of
West 63rd Street to a point at or near the northerly
end of the boundary line between Lots 6 and 15 of said
Block 14; the centerline of said easement being the said
boundary line between said lots 1 and 19 , and the Westerly
line of lots 15,16,17,18 and 19 end the Easterly line
of Lots 2 ,3 ,4,5 and 6 of said Block 14.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty feet (50t ) of adjacent property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Addition, Street , Lot , Block and Easement are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 10 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as West
63rd Street is named and designated in Ordinance Number 303.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of euch descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of
the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-181 , and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-181,
