SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEIIIENT SR--181 SR-1S1

WHEREAS, on the 21st day of March , 1934, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution orde' ing
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-181, District SR-181, and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and en estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and sracificatiens and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer witn the City Clerk.
• THI REFOR7, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
4:4 be posted et the door of the City Hall in the City of
4i Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and 'Liberty Ave-
-.1. nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
1. Beach on the 4th day of April , 1934, at ' 9:00
o 'clock A. L . , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of saidre-
solution ordering said improvement .
