IMPROVEMENT SR-182
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR..182 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In and across West 48th Street from a point which is
the intersection of a line at or near the centerline
of West 48th Street, and the boundary line of Lots 12
and 13, Block 11, Nautilus Addition, produced Northeasterly,
to a point which is the intersection of the saidboundary
line with the Southerly line of said West 48th Street.
In a ten foot (101 ) easement in said Block 11 from a
point which is the said intersection of the said boundary
line of Lots 12 and 13 withthesaid Southerly line of
West 48th Street to a point at or near the Westerly end
of the boundary line between Lots 8 and 18 of said Block
11; the centerline of said easement being the said boundary
line between said Lots 12 and 13, and the Southerly line
of Lots 8,9,10,11 and 12, and the Northerly line of Lots
14,15,16,17 and 18 of said Block 11.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer Lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each seventy
feet (701 ) of adjacent property as a part of the main improve--
went.
As said Addition, Street, Lot, Block and Easement are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Number 8, Page 130
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of saidimprovement and
an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of
the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the ins ection and super-
intendence of the work, there ratiion of Plano and pecific ttions d
estimates, the printing anpublication of notices and. proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-182, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-182.
