RESOLUTION NO . 2518
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMP MOVEMENT SR-�7g SR-17g
WHERE4S, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted cn tne 21st day of March , l93/1, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imo_'ovement SR-17a District si -�7g, and
the City Enzineer, uxde2 direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, ir:cluding ar estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by putlication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the l-th day of
April , 1934, rt the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A. '.'c.. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confir_:_ation of said resolution ordering
said imarovement, and no objection: having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFOR: , 3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami each, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering' said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
S -17s, District SR-17a be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, the City Council hereby declaring its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract ,and an appropriation of
489.34 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund for t
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April purpos
