SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-180SR-180
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of March, , 1934 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer I_1T0::ovement SR-180 , District SR-180 and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and. spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 4th day of
April , 1934 , at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A. Y. , receive and. hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-18Q District SR—l80 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed.. the City Council hereby declaring its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract,and an appropriation of
$110.05 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund for this
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April purpose.
