WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
, adapte y on the 21st day of fah , 1934, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-.l£41 , District SR-181 and
t the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
hat prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cast thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
. c{.dental expenses of said improvement , and' whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
teen made that the City Council would on the 4th day of
April , 19311; .t the City Hall in said City at .9:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
.41 at the time and place aforesaid, .
THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
3R-181 District SR-181, be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, the City Council hereby declaring its intention to
4ooeed with City forces without contract,and an appropriation of
749.93 is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund for th
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April , purpose.
