Resolution 2826 RESOLUTION NO. 2826
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending,
and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289 be
amended by adding thereto, the following:
District No. 26. There shall be a front
yard facing on Pine Tree Drive having
a depth of twenty-five (25) feet. There
shall be a rear yard having a depth of
twenty (20) feet, and there shall be a
side yard having a width of five (5) feet
on either side of a building.
District No. 27. There shall be a front yard
having a depth of twenty-five (25) feet.
There shall be a rear yard having a depth
of five (5) feet. There shall be a side
yard having a width of seven and one half
(7.5) feet on either side of a building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 2nd day of May, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
ordinance No. 289.
