Resolution 2828 RESOLUTION NO. 2828
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending
and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
Flamingo Terrace Extension, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, as same
is shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book 38 at Page 61, Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
so as to change its present use regulation from "RE" Multiple
Family District to what is known as "RC" Estate District, and
so as to change Block 9 of said Flamingo Terrace Extension
from its present are a regulation District No. 13 to District
No. 7, as said Districts are described in Section 16 of said
Ordinance No. 289, as amended, and
so as to change Block 7 of said Flamingo Terrace Extension
from its present area regulation District No. 13 to District
No. 26 as said Districts are described in Section 16 of said
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 2nd day of May, 193 -, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
