RESOLUTION NO. 2829
WHEREAS, Mr. Walter H. Hayden proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to construct
a Boat Dock in Indian Creek, off Lot 7, Block 2, Second Ocean
Front SZbdivision, within the municipal limits of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon two drawings desig-
nated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet g of 2, respectively, as follows:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLI-
CATION TO COQ;STRUCT A BOAT DOCK,
LOCATED AT LOT 7 & 8, BLOCK 3,
SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
FOR
MR. WALTER H. HAYDEN
FEB. 27, 193 -
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Walter
H. Hayden will not interfere with any plans for work which
said City Council has in view,
NOW, TH.REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED lir the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that
the said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all
objections to the said proposed construction.
