IMPROVEMENT SR-184
BE ITR 'SOLVED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-184 The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
In and across Alton Road from a point at or near the
intersection of the West curb of Alton Road and the
northerly line of Lot 16 , Block 7 , Nautilus Subdivision
to a point at or near the intersection of the East curb
of Alton Road and a line ;parallel to and approximately
701 southerly of the northerly line of Lot 26 , Block 17,
Nautilus Extension produced westerly:
The laying underground of an 8" Terra. Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the east curb of Alton Road from a point at
or near the intersection of the east curb of Alton Road
and a line parallel to and approximately 701 southerly
of the north line of said Lot 26, Block 17 produced
westerly, to a point at or near the northerly line of
Lot 23, Block 17 , Nautilus Extension produced westerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Gotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each eighty
(801 ) of adjacent property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Subdivision, Extension, Street , Lot , Block are
shown on plats recorded in Plat Book 8 , Page 95 and Plat
Book 34, Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida..
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature, char-
acter and size of said improvement be subseouently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed- to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of
the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-184, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SRS-184.
