RESOLUTION NUMBER 2837
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-186
IMPROVEMENT SR-186
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 22 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-186 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cottaor
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the West curb of North Bay Road from
a point at or near the center line of Nest 52nd
Street to a. point at or near the center line of
West 56th Street.
At or near the Kest curb of said North Bay Road
from a point at or near 'the center line of West
59th Street to a point at or near the South curb
of West 63rd Street produced Westerly.
At or near the said South curb of West 63rd Street
and said South curb produced Westerly from a point
at or near the said West curb of North Bay Road to
a point on the center line bf the easement through
block 2 of LaGorce Golf Su division produced Northetly,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to tne line of approximately
each eighty feet (80' ) of adjacent property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Road, Streets , Easement , Block and. Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Number 14,
Page 43 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is here directed that the material, nature,
character and size of saidimprovement be subsequently
determinedin conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications ,
and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
t a -ore aration c.f eon , interest during construction, legal services ,
t ;: abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
, 4 ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
1 amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-186, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-186.
