RESOLUTION NO . 2838
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEDIENT SR-186 SR-186

WHEREAS, on the 18th day of April , 1934, the
City Council Passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewerlmprovement
SR-186, District SR-186, and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost th ;reof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
planE: and sbecifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer witia the City Clerk .
THEREFO_ E, IT RE;>OLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Cler : shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beech Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami :each, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 2nd day of May , 1934, at 9 :00
o 'clock A. ...r.. , the City Council till hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution orderin; said i np rovement .
