Resolution 2841 RESOLUTION NO. 2541
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending and/or
repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as
provided in Ordinance No. 259, commonly known as the Zoning Ordi-
nance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That area bounded on the North by Fourteenth
(14th) Lane, on the East by Ocean Drive, on
the South by Sixth (6th) Street, and on the
West by that alley running in a Northerly and
Southerly direction throughBlocks Eleven (11)
Twelve (12) and Thirteen 13) of Ocean Beach
Addition No. 1, and Blocks Fourteen (14), Fif-
teen (15), Sixteen (16) Seventeen (17) , Eigh-
teen 15) and Nineteen (19), of Ocean Beach Ad-
dition No. 2, all in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 11 and
Plat Book 2, Page 56, respectively, of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade ounty, Florida,
so as to change said area from its present Area District No. 19
to what is known as Area District No. 24, as said Districts are
described in Section 16 of said Ordinance No. 259, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 16th day of May, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. M.,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, plact/a.nd
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 259.
