IMPROVEMENT SR-183 SR-183
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the th day of April , 19 1.I, ordered the
Storm Sewer Improvement SR--183, District SR-1$3 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and Thereas due notice
by publication s.s required by the City Charter has been
mad that the - City Council would on the 2nd day of May,

receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having been duly considered by
the City Council and found to be not well founded,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Storm Sewer Improvement
SR-183 , District SR- be and tlae same is hereby conf irmed,.and
an appropriation of §1,552.3$-is hereby authorized to be set up for
