WHEREAS, to City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 18th day of April , 1934 ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-184 , District SR-l84 end
the C t Engineer,weer, 'Ander direction of the City Council,
has pueparedend "filed with the City Clerk plans and. spe-
oifiozations of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost -thereof , including, an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-

City of Miami Beech, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-184 , District SR-184 , be and the same is hereby con-
fi7rried.,and the City Council hereby declares its intenttioitoon
proceed with City forces without contract, and an app pa
of $796,68 is hereby authorized to be set up for this purpose
