SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-185 SR-185
WHEREAS,
the City Council, by resolution passed andadopted on the 18th day of April 1934, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Im orovement SR-185 , District SR-185 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
May , 1934 , at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o 'clock A. H. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
IIT.HEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-185 District SR-185 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed and the City Council hereby declares its intention to pro-
ceed with City forces without contract, and an appropriation of
$ Z77 ig,'h reby authorized to be set up for this purpose from
_ V.I AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May
