SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT 8R..188 SR-188
BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here.
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SE-189 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the centerline of the 10 foot easement
through Blocks 19 and 20, LaGorce Golf Subdivision
from a point at or near the southerly line of Lot
15, of said Block 19, in and across West 51st Street
to a point at or near the southerly line of the N . 17.5'
of Lot 14- of. saiti Blook 20.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
r Sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each 60' of abutting property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Lots, Blocks, Easement and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in 'Plat Book No. 14,
at Page 43, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of +he cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications,
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SRA-188, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-188.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OFM y A.D.1934.
