SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-189
IMPROVEMENT SR-189
BE IT• RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR.-189 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the centerline of a 10' easement through
Block 20, LaGorce Golf Subdivision from a point at
or near the southerly line of the north 17.5' of
Lot 14, said Block 20 to a point at or near the
southerly line of Lot 11 of said. Block 20.
Together with a ' �hermainCotta
sewer to6ttheConcrete
of
Sewer lateral from
approximately each 60' of abutting property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Block, Easement and Subdivision at
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 14,
Page 43, of the Public Records, of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character andsize of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. t ,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing
bdurioconstruction,and
legalproceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interestng
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary
