Resolution 2862 RESOLUTION NO. 2562
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amend-
ing and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or
boundaries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
That area bounded on the North by Fourteenth (14th)
Lane, on theEast by Ocean Drive, on the South by
Sixth (6th) Street and on the West by that Alley runn-
ing in a Norther and Southerly direction through
Blocks Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) of
Ocean Beach Addition No. 1, and Blocks Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15) , Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen
(15) and Nineteen (19), of Ocean Beach Addition No. 2;
also Lots 1 to 5, inclusive of Harrison and Hayes
Subdivision; also that portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Block
77 of Fisher's First Subdivision of Alton Beach lying
east of the westerly line of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 5 of
Harrison and Hayes Subdivision extended northerly through
said Block 77, all in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 11, Plat Book 2 at
Page 56, Plat Book 9, Page 73 and Plat Book at Page 77,
respectively, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
so as to change its present area regulation as classified in
Ordinance No. 259, as amended, to what is known as Area District
No. 25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 27th day of June, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 259.
