Resolution 2863 RESOLUTION NO. 2863
WHEREAS, it is now determined by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to consider the amending
and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boun-
daries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
Lots S to 14, inclusive, in Block 2,
Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, in Block 27
and that portion of Lots 1 to 10, inclu-
sive, in Block 30 lying west of a straight
line connecting the center of the north
line of said Block 30 and the center of the
South line of said Block 30, all in Fisher's
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, as recorded
in Plat Book 2 at Page 77,
so as to change its present area regulation from District No.
15 to District No. 14, as said Districts are described in Section
16 in said Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 27th day of June, 1934, at 9:00 o'clock A. P . , in
the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for
the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
